Return, refund & exchange

Availability 

At JUDHUR NATURALS we take care to ensure that our stocks are of top quality and in good condition. However, all products are subject to availability.

Products found on our website are sourced from remote locations in India. So, where there are seasonal shortages or transit delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we at JUDHUR NATURALS may temporarily restrict or withdraw products from sale, this could apply even after placing an order. In such cases where a complete order cannot be fulfilled, JUDHUR NATURALS will inform the buyer who will be given alternative options.

What If a product is out of stock?

Give us a shout and we will do our best to source it for you.

Returns, Refund and Exchange

We are easy people to deal with and our return policy is no different. Since we are just starting up, we don’t yet have a sophisticated inventory management system to handle returns automatically. But hey, don’t worry about that. If you believe you have received

  1. Defective or damaged product

                             Or 

  1. A product different from what you ordered

Write to us within 48 hrs. of delivery of the product on info@judhurnaturals.com. We will figure out a way to address your concerns. Do not forget to quote your order no and attach image/s of the defective/damaged/incorrect product. Once we have verified your concern and authorized the return, we may offer you either of the following options

Exchange

Refund

But before you decide to write that mail, do take a moment to appreciate that our products are all handmade and could well have a few irregular waves, variations in shapes, or differences in colors. Do not construe these aberrations as defects. After all, they lend tenability to the fact that our products are not machine-made.

Exchange

Exchange is our first preference. 

  • We will initiate exchange after we would have received the original product in an unused/undamaged condition along with all the packing materials, tags, inserts, purchase invoice, and any other miscellaneous articles or accessories that are sent along with it. 
  • Product to be returned through our logistics partner.
  • Should you opt for a different logistics partner, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of the product. 
  • Depending on the availability of the product, exchange time may vary from a few days to a few weeks. Please bear with us, should there be a delay in exchanging. 

Refund

If a refund is unavoidable, do make note of the following points.

  • The refund would be initiated after we would have received the original product in unused/undamaged condition along with all the packing materials, tags, inserts, purchase invoice, and any other miscellaneous articles or accessories that are sent along with it. 
  • Product to be returned through our logistics partner.
  • Should you opt for a different logistics partner, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of the product. 
  • For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions, the amount will be refunded to the payment mode/account originally used for the transaction. 
  • Shipping charges would not be refunded, except where a product was received in a damaged condition by the buyer and was verified and authorized by JUDHUR NATURALS.

Under no circumstance would we refund the amount if,

  • The address is incorrect.
  • Our Logistics partner has made 3 failed delivery attempts.
  • Package refused by the recipient.
  • The product is custom-made.

Apart from the ones stated above, should you have any other reasons for wanting to return the product, let’s have a chat. We are sure we can find a mutually agreeable solution. 

Cancellation Policy

Not that you would want to do it, but just in case you want to cancel your order, you can do so before the product has been dispatched. Our systems are currently not geared to accept cancellation post-dispatch of the product.
